How Custom Sample Development Works

Step 01

Share the Product Requirements

Send the product type, quantity goal, reference images or tech pack, fabric or GSM, measurements, colours, branding and delivery country.

Step 02

Confirm the Sample Specification

Florix Sports reviews feasibility and confirms the agreed material, construction, branding, sample price, payment schedule and estimated development time.

Step 03

Develop the Sample

The sample is made according to the approved specification. Progress photos or videos may be shared where agreed before dispatch.

Step 04

Review, Revise and Approve

Review the physical sample and provide written feedback. Any required revision, additional sample or change in specification is confirmed before bulk production.

Pre-Production Review

What Your Custom Clothing Sample Can Include

The sample is developed from the written specification so you can assess the product before bulk production. Only the items confirmed in the sample quotation are included.

  • Agreed fabric composition, weight and colour
  • Requested pattern, measurements and size
  • Production-relevant construction and stitching
  • Agreed embroidery, print, transfer or sublimation
  • Agreed neck, size and care labels
  • Agreed zippers, drawcords, ribbing and trims
  • Quality-control review before sample dispatch
  • Photos or videos before shipping where agreed

Specialist trims, custom packaging, moulds, dies, screens, embroidery digitising or supplier minimums may be quoted separately. A revised sample may also carry an additional charge depending on the requested changes.

  • How the Approved Sample Is Used

After written approval, the sample and final specification become the reference for bulk production. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances and minor batch variation can occur in fabric shade, measurements or decoration, so acceptable tolerances should be confirmed before production where they are critical.
