From Product Brief to Tracked Dispatch
Timelines are confirmed after the product, materials, branding, quantity and destination have been reviewed.
Share Your Product Brief
Send the product type, target quantity, sizes, colours, fabric or GSM, artwork, branding, delivery country and required date. A tech pack is helpful but not always essential.
Confirm Feasibility and Quotation
Florix Sports confirms the proposed material, construction, customisation route, sample requirements, MOQ, written price, payment schedule and estimated lead time.
Develop and Review the Sample
Where sampling is required, the garment is developed from the agreed specification. Review the physical sample, fit, measurements, construction and branding before bulk approval.
Approve Bulk Production
After the sample or final specification is approved, the standard 40% bulk deposit secures the production schedule. Any project-specific variation is stated on the invoice.
Production and Quality Control
The order moves through material preparation, cutting, sewing, decoration, labels, finishing and quality checks. Lead time depends on the product and quantity, and is confirmed before production.
Final Balance and Dispatch
After final quality checks and any agreed approval update, the remaining 60% is paid before shipment. Tracking or freight documents are shared after dispatch.
