Custom Apparel Manufacturing Pricing for Brands, Teams and Startups

Q: Why do you not publish one fixed clothing price list?

Custom garments vary by fabric, GSM, pattern, construction, branding, labels, packaging, quantity and destination. A specification-based quotation is more accurate than a generic price that may exclude important requirements.

Q: Are setup charges included?

Any required embroidery digitising, printing screens, moulds, dies, specialist tooling or artwork preparation will be listed separately or included clearly in your written quotation.

Q: Does the manufacturing price include shipping?

Shipping is quoted separately unless your quotation explicitly states that freight is included. Import duties and destination-country taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Q: What are the standard bulk payment terms?

Standard bulk orders use a 40% deposit to begin production and the remaining 60% after final quality approval but before shipment. Any project-specific variation will be stated on the invoice.

Q: Can a sample cost be credited to a bulk order?

A sample-cost credit may be offered for some projects. The amount and qualifying bulk quantity must be confirmed in writing before sample payment; it is not automatically applied to every order.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

The standard MOQ starts from 5 pieces per style and colourway. Sizes can usually be mixed within that style and colourway. Specialist trims, packaging or production methods may have supplier minimums.

Q: What information is needed for an accurate quote?

Send the product type, quantity, size breakdown, colours, fabric or GSM, artwork, branding placements, labels, packaging, target date and delivery country. A tech pack or reference images are helpful but not always required.

Product & Construction

Garment type, pattern complexity, panels, pockets, zippers, lining and stitching operations affect production time and cost.

Fabric, Composition & GSM

Cotton, fleece, polyester, stretch blends, denim, leather and performance fabrics are priced according to specification, weight and availability.

Order Quantity

Production starts from 5 pieces per style and colourway. Higher quantities normally reduce the unit cost by spreading setup and production costs.

Printing, Embroidery & Branding

Decoration cost depends on the method, artwork size, stitch count, number of colours, placements and any specialist setup or tooling.

Labels, Trims & Packaging

Woven labels, care labels, hang tags, custom hardware, patches, poly bags and branded packaging are priced according to the approved specification.

Sampling, Shipping & Duties

Sample development, courier or freight charges, and destination-country duties are shown separately unless the quotation clearly states they are included.
